Say you send a request on Tuesday evening about mice in the pantry. Soon after, a local provider from the network reaches out. That person runs or works for an independent pest business.
Tissuecoach Pest Control does not have staff who come to your home or give pest advice. We make the introduction. The provider takes it from there.
Expect a few simple questions.
The provider may then offer an inspection. After looking around, they should explain what they found and what they suggest. Then comes a quote in writing.
A short list of questions goes a long way. Here is what a solid answer sounds like.
You want a clear yes, and a willingness to show proof. Be wary of vague replies.
A good answer names the pest, the method and the follow-up visits. Red flag: a single price for every home, quoted before anyone has looked.
A careful provider explains products, where they go and how long to stay out of an area. Red flag: brushing the question off.
Ask what the written quote says about repeat visits. Prices and terms vary by provider, so get it on paper.
You choose whether to book. You can compare more than one quote. You can ask for time to think. A provider who pushes you to sign on the spot, or says the problem is far worse than it looks without showing you, deserves a second look.
Send a short description of what you noticed. Many providers can respond quickly, though availability varies. You can also Request a callback to check provider availability.
